NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Fairy Flowers Return Policy ~

You may return any unused, originally packaged items within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be sent back to the address on the box or website along with your order number and return authorization number. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact us at returns@fairyflowersonline.com with your name, order number, items you with to return, and reason for return.

Returns not packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail will be refused.

If items are sent back to us outside of the timeline outlined, then the items will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping back to you.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance on the package you return to us.  We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.  We DO NOT refund Shipping Charges.
